Test Studio
Talk runs a test studio in Vienna for conducting qualitative research. The studio is equipped with a big one-way mirror and cameras, microphones and streaming facilities in order for you to observe either on-premises or remotely.
CATI Studio
For the Czech Republic and Slovakia Talk also runs a CATI Studio with physical stations in our Prague office, as well as CATI@HOME facilities. All calls are recorded for quality monitoring.
